Walk-In Services
No-appointment-needed medical care for non-emergency conditions, including colds, minor infections, sore throat, flu-like symptoms, allergies, urinary tract infections, minor injuries, blood pressure checks, rapid tests, and basic medication refills. Fast, safe, same-day care.

Fit for Duty exams
We also offer to assess an individual’s ability to safely perform job-related duties. These evaluations are designed to meet employer requirements and support workplace safety and readiness.

Annual Wellness Visit
Keep in mind that the AWV is not a head-to-toe physical.
It is a yearly appointment with your primary care provider (PCP) to create or update a personalized prevention plan. This plan may help prevent illness based on your current health and risk factors.
Commercials Medical Insurances and Medicaid have you access to a complete wellness exam that is 100% covered.

Virtual Visits

Pre-Operative Medical Clearance
At Vitaminise Wellnest Clinic, we offer pre-operative and cardiology medical clearance evaluations to ensure patients are medically prepared for surgery or specialized procedures.
Each evaluation includes a comprehensive health assessment, medical history review, and any required testing based on individual and procedural needs.These services are self-pay and not covered by insurance.

Diagnostic tests from your primary care provider office save time to not having to send the patient to a collection center to have their sample drawn, the ability to provide patients with their test results in a much more benefits.
On-site laboratory services provided by Quest Labs offer a range of tests including bloodwork, urinalysis, and more. We offer same day results for hemoglobin levels and urinalysis results.
